Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksTower icons depict tall man-made vertical forms, from towers and spires to skyline silhouettes with elevated structures. A practical read is the upward emphasis, stacked window rhythm, and small figure contrast near rooftops or sky backgrounds.
