Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksTeal flags buddy icons where teal is central, appearing in backgrounds, garments, borders, and text blocks. This blue-green hue may be the main field or a recurring accent balancing warmer reds, oranges, or purples nearby.
