Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksStencil Like highlights a graphic treatment with cutout-style lettering or figures, where edges feel punched out and contour breaks are visible. Focus on pixel gaps and unfinished boundary fills that make forms look like they were stenciled or masked.
