Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksStarburst Symbol describes buddy icons that feature burst-like radiating star graphics as a visual accent. Small rays, corner bursts, and star-shaped punctuation often frame short text blocks and draw the eye like a tiny flare.
