Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksShifting Positions identifies subtle motion by moving words or symbols to new coordinates across frames rather than replacing the whole scene. In the samples, letters, hearts, and light effects drift or re-stack, producing a sense of movement in place.
