Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksSans Serif is a text style in buddy icons with clean, straightforward letterforms and minimal edge ornaments. At icon scale these appear as readable bold labels, logos, and short words with simple rounded or squared terminals.
