Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksRainbow labels icon set around rainbow-shaped arcs or stripe bands that act as a primary composition feature. These samples keep the curved spectrum legible and often add stars, clouds, or small labels as support rather than replacing the bow-like color shape.
