Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksOverlapping is the layering of objects or symbols so parts cover one another, creating partial occlusion and depth. Hearts, envelopes, glyphs, or figures may sit on top of each other in stacked states across static or animated frames.
