Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksJumping marks buddy icons where the subject is in mid-leap, with knees, feet, or shoulders lifted from stable ground contact. Athletic scenes, action silhouettes, and pose progression make the upward impulse clear even when the icon is very small.
