Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksHorizontal Bars icons are defined by clear horizontal stripe bands that organize or interrupt the picture space. The bars may shift, repeat, or move across the frame, acting as a readable pattern even when the subjects are minimal faces, captions, or gestures.
