Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksHead Tilt buddy icons show a subject with the head angled slightly off-center, while the face remains the focal point. Small sequential shifts of direction across similar crops make this pose detail easier to recognize than other broad expression tags.
