Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksEmoji Face icons are circular yellow expressions built from simplified eyes, mouths, and gesture-like poses, often changing expression or adding tiny props. Watch for hand, instrument, phone, or speech-bubble cues, which can define mood faster than facial detail alone.
