Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksDithered Edges is a pixel-art edge style where color transitions use alternating dots or steps to smooth contours without anti-aliasing. It softens outlines and gives small forms a grainy edge texture that reads like early game graphics.
