Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksCross identifies buddy icons where a cross symbol is central, sometimes plain and sometimes combined with religious or symbolic companions. Check for beam proportions, text pairings, and supporting marks like wings, stars, or flames that define the variant.
