Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksConcentric Circles features buddy icons built from nested rings or circular radiating patterns, often repeated across a frame. Tiny glyphs, letters, or pointers can sit in the radial space and create a centered, almost signal-like rhythm.
