Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksBrownish Red highlights buddy icons where a muted red-brown tone is a noticeable part of the graphic, often in text blocks, lettering, or accents. The color may be limited to a few edges yet still set a warm, earthy visual mood.
