Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksBright Red is the buddy icon color facet where vivid red fields or highlights are clearly present in the composition. It commonly appears in blocks behind pixel lettering, hearts, stars, or character accents where the red tones create immediate contrast with nearby black, pink, or yellow elements.
