Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksBlocky Text Layout gathers lettering that is arranged in compact, heavy blocks rather than flowing lines. Words, symbols, and phrases are stacked or tiled in bold rectangular areas, so the text reads as a grouped graphic shape before it reads as a sentence.
