Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksBlocky Sans Serif Text denotes heavy geometric lettering with thick vertical and horizontal strokes, usually made of hard corners and simple proportions. These fonts stay readable at very small sizes and are often paired with straight pixel borders or compact framing around phrases.
