Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksBeanie spotlights knit caps as the primary visual marker, especially dark or patterned ones that shape a character’s silhouette quickly. Characters may repeat with small pose shifts or text changes, but the cap remains the first read at a glance.
