Buddy icons survive in old directories, fan sites, downloadable packs, and web archives. The archive preserves the original files, groups known copies, and records where each one was found.
How the archive worksBeach buddy icons show coastal beach settings as the main visual subject, with sand, ocean edge, beach chairs, umbrellas, or swimmers forming the scene. They differ from broader seascapes by including explicit beach activity and shore details that still read when text is heavy.
